TOTO at ISH 2021

Preparing for a digital trade fair is a new experience. With TOTO, we are busy behind the scenes with the upcoming ISH, which runs from 22/03 to 26/03. What makes the Japanese sanitary specialist's products so hygienic? How do the TOTO hygiene technologies interlock and ensure reliable cleanliness at all times? What is so special about toilet culture in Japan? There will be many answers at the ISH - also with webinars in a live and reportage character.

The company is exploring a world in which well-being and regeneration, but also the pressing problems of our present time, will be addressed: How we deal with an increased risk of infection and how we can effectively protect ourselves against it already in the bathroom will be one of the ISH topics. This is also a topic at ISH 2021. TOTO is committed to improving hygiene standards in urban environments. The quiet place can be this beautiful - and in the middle of a metropolis of millions: architecturally and hygienically state-of-the-art are the innovative toilet blocks that are currently being built in Tokyo in cooperation with the sanitary manufacturer TOTO and the Nippon Foundation. TOTO is acting as a consultant for this project due to its outstanding expertise in the sanitary sector. Shigeru Ban's toilet pavilion is shown here.

Using the concept term "Clean Synergy", TOTO summarises the various hygiene technologies with which the Japanese company's products are equipped and which ensure a high standard of hygiene in the bathroom. These include the Tornado Flush circular flush, the particularly resistant Cefiontect glaze and sensor-controlled technologies.
