Inspiring days in Nagold

In the last few weeks, we have been in Nagold several times to discuss press topics with Häfele and the upcoming employee magazine "Häfele intern", for which we will provide our editorial support. We also used our visits to the small town in the northern Black Forest to see Häfele's current reference projects.

And we have to say - a visit to Nagold is worthwhile! In many places in the town, you can feel that the family-run company Häfele is very committed to its home town.

For a healthy and tasty lunch, we recommend a visit to the Texeria, the café&deli of the local textile school, with a successful lighting concept by Häfele and Nimbus. If you want to know more about the project, just browse through our media information.

On the other hand, we were able to take a look inside the Hotel Ibis Styles, whose lobby and bar have just been redesigned. The design is the same as the one for the Texeria - by the Nagold interior designer Michaela Kranz. On the same evening, the hotel area worth seeing was officially opened (the Schwarzwälder Bote reported). The revamped hotel scores with a skilful interior mix, lots of greenery, lovingly selected Black Forest details and much more. The hotel, like the Texeria, received active support for the redesign from Häfele and Nimbus.

The new "Waldach Gin&Bar" in the Ibis Style hotel. Unusual details such as shingles from a Black Forest house and tiles from a former tiled stove characterise the hotel's interior, which was realised with a great deal of passion.

And Häfele, or rather the managing director Sibylle Thierer, still has a lot planned for the hotel (and Nagold). After all, she has even been the owner of the Ibis Style since May 2022 and wants to use the hotel as a future laboratory for innovative hotel concepts. It remains exciting in Nagold and we will be happy to come back soon!
